Family Resource Center of South Florida is very conscious of the importance of protecting the privacy of our Web site users, including current and future customers, stakeholders and contributors.

Our Web site does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily choose to provide that information to us by either completing a voluntary online form, sending an online donation or other transactions.

We do not share personally identifiable information with other organizations, except from those acting as our agents in providing services and which previously agree to use it only for that purpose and ensures that the information is secure and confidential.

Our Web server does automatically collect some general information about your visit to our site for the purpose of demographic data and assistance in making our web site more user friendly to visitors.  If you do nothing during your visit to our Web site, such as downloading information, no personal information will be collected.

Transactions
For the purpose of monetary donations completed through our secure online credit card service, credit card information such as the account name, expiration date etc. will be collected and used solely for billing purposes.

Request for Information
Our Web site has features whereby users can submit information (such as requests for information, applications and feedback forms).  Requests for information may be forwarded as needed to best respond to the request.  We may retain e-mails and other information sent to us for internal administrative purposes and to help us to serve customers better.
